Our neighbors moved in three years ago, and Marsha arrived with a mind-boggling talent for gardening. And, she makes the coolest little Halloween lanterns out of pretty wine bottles and a solar bottle stopper with fairy lights specifically for wine bottles. She gave me a couple last year and I use one on a shepherd’s crook like she does in her back yard. I like using this Halloween one on our deck table. The jute comes in the kit, too.

Let’s make several in five minutes! After you enjoy the wine of course. Marsha got this “Sweet Bloody Red Wine” from Aldi.

  • This set of 8 solar wine bottle corks comes with lights.
  • Here is a set of two Shepherd’s hooks like the ones we use at our deck.

LET’S DO THIS!

Open the package and stretch out the wire with the little lights. Feed it into the bottle and fit the stopper tightly. Turn on the lights using the little switch on the side of the stopper. Make sure the bottles are in the sunshine to absorb some power. Tie on the jute. You can also use it to loop onto the shepherds crook.

As soon as it gets dark the lights begin to shine!

So cute to light up an adult Halloween party.

TRICK OR TREAT!
